The 9th Taiwan and Japan Conference on Circuits and Systems (TJCAS 2023) and the 2nd Taiwan and Korea Conference on Circuits and Systems (TKCAS 2023) will be jointly held in National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, September 6-8, 2023. The objectives of the conference are to provide a forum for exchange on the latest results related to circuits and systems and to enhance and/or develop various levels of cooperation between Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. Papers describing original works in all aspects of circuits and systems are invited. TJCAS✕TKCAS welcomes all researchers and students to present their latest research on circuits and systems.
